The Soft Weave Cafe Curtain is a short, semi-sheer panel made for kitchen windows, cafe windows and other small openings. The fabric is a 100% polyester weave at 60 gsm. It feels light in the hand and has a soft matte finish, so it filters daylight without blocking the view completely.
The header is a pull pleated tape. You slide a rod through the tape and pull the cords to gather the pleats to the width you want. The panel is sold on its own. Rod and hooks are not included.
Each panel is 39 in (100 cm) wide. Pick the drop that suits your window. A short drop sits near the sill, and a longer drop reaches further down the glass.
| Size | Best for |
|---|---|
| 39 x 30 in (100 x 75 cm) | Small kitchen windows and half windows |
| 42 x 24 in (105 x 60 cm) | Short cafe windows and sill drops |
| 52 x 24 in (130 x 60 cm) | Wider windows with a short drop |
| 52 x 39 in (130 x 100 cm) | Standard kitchen windows |
| 55 x 59 in (140 x 150 cm) | Longer drops and taller windows |
For a gathered look, choose a panel wider than your window. For a flatter look, match the panel width to the window width.
This curtain comes in White. The white reads soft rather than bright, which suits kitchens, pantries, laundry rooms and small offices. Because the weave is semi-sheer, it softens direct sun and gives a light screen at the glass. It is not a blackout curtain, so some daylight will pass through.
Measure your window first. Decide where the rod will sit, then measure from the rod down to where you want the curtain to end. Compare that number with the drops above.
A few ways to hang it:
The pull pleated tape lets you set the fullness. Pull the cords evenly on both sides, then tie them off and tuck the ends behind the tape. Slide the rod through the tape pockets and mount the rod on your brackets.
Machine wash cold. Hang dry. Use a low iron if needed. Wash with like colors and avoid hot water, which can shrink or dull the fabric over time.
It is sold as a single panel. If you want a fuller look across a wider window, order two panels.
No. The rod and hooks are not included. The panel has a pull pleated tape header, so you only need a rod that fits the tape.
It is semi-sheer, so it softens daylight without blocking it fully. It is not a blackout curtain.
