Ordering for an event
Order your fabric as soon as your colors are set. Each product page and the checkout show when it arrives in your country. Hold it against your venue when it arrives; if a shade is off, unused fabric can go back within 30 days.
Tracking
When the carrier provides tracking, your order page links to it.
Outside the US
Local duties, handling charges and any taxes not charged at checkout may be payable on arrival.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return fabric that is unused, unwashed, unstained and in its original packaging. Fabric used at an event or cut to length can't be returned unless it's faulty.
Return shipping is yours to pay unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection. Start a return.
Exchanges
For another color or length, return the original piece and place a new order.
Sending a return
- Fold the fabric into its original packaging.
- Include your order reference inside the package.
- Keep the shipping receipt until your refund arrives.
