Right of withdrawal
You have 30 days from delivery to send fabric back.
What can come back
Fabric that is unused, unwashed, unstained and in its original packaging. Fabric used at an event or cut to length can't be returned unless it's faulty.
How to send it back
Start with the return form. Fold the fabric into its original packaging, include your order reference inside the package and keep the shipping receipt until your refund arrives.
Costs and refunds
Return shipping is yours to pay unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Refunds go back to the original payment method after inspection.
