How to choose a backdrop style

Start with the shape you want behind the ceremony or the head table. A fitted stretch arch cover wraps a frame for a clean, solid look. It comes in White and in three sizes: 6 ft (180 cm) tall x 2.6 ft (80 cm) wide, 6.6 ft (200 cm) tall x 3.3 ft (100 cm) wide and 7.2 ft (220 cm) tall x 4 ft (120 cm) wide. The arch frame is not included, so measure your frame first.

If you want movement and shine, choose a fringe curtain. The Tinsel Foil Fringe Curtain is metallic PET foil with a glitter finish. The Foil Fringe Backdrop Curtain is metallic foil and comes in 13 colors, including dark blue, gold, silver, red, light blue, black, green, yellow, pink, purple, white, champagne, rose gold and rose red. Both are sold per panel or in packs, and each panel is 39 in (100 cm) wide.

For a softer detail, the Sequin Strand Backdrop adds small sequin discs on non-woven strands. Each strand is 39.37 in (100 cm) long and comes in a pack of 4. The sequins measure 1.97 in (5 cm) and 1.18 in (3 cm). Gold and silver are the two color options.

Sizes and measuring

Measure the frame or wall before you order. For a fitted arch cover, match the cover size to the frame height and width. The three sizes cover frames from 6 ft (180 cm) tall x 2.6 ft (80 cm) wide up to 7.2 ft (220 cm) tall x 4 ft (120 cm) wide.

For fringe and sequin backdrops, plan by width. Each foil fringe panel is 39 in (100 cm) wide. Each tinsel foil fringe curtain is also sized per curtain, and it is sold as a pack of 1 or 2 curtains. Two panels side by side cover about 78 in (198 cm) of wall. Add more panels for a fuller, layered look.

Sequin strands are 39.37 in (100 cm) long per strand, with 4 strands in a pack. Hang them close together for a dense row or space them out for a lighter effect. A rod is not included with any of these backdrops, so bring your own rod, line or tape.

Materials and finishes

Each backdrop has a different surface, so pick the one that fits your light and your venue.

The Fitted Stretch Arch Cover is polyester spandex with a two-sided fitted stretch. It pulls tight over a frame and stays smooth. It comes in White only.

The Sequin Strand Backdrop uses non-woven strands with sequin discs. The discs catch light and add texture without a full curtain of foil.

The Tinsel Foil Fringe Curtain is metallic PET foil with a shiny glitter finish. It comes in 32 colors, from laser pink, laser purple, laser silver and laser light blue to pastel pink, pastel blue, pastel white, pastel yellow, pastel orange and pastel purple. There are also classic tones like gold, silver, black, red, green, blue, purple, rose gold, champagne and light blue.

The Foil Fringe Backdrop Curtain is metallic foil in 13 colors. It has a smooth, reflective surface and hangs in straight strands.

Care and reuse

Care is simple for every piece here. The Fitted Stretch Arch Cover is machine wash cold, hang dry and low iron. The Tinsel Foil Fringe Curtain and the Foil Fringe Backdrop Curtain are wipe clean with a damp cloth, and you should not iron them. The Sequin Strand Backdrop is a dry, decorative piece, so store it flat or hang it to keep the strands straight.

Store foil and tinsel curtains loosely rolled rather than folded. This keeps the fringe from creasing between events. Keep sequin strands away from heavy items so the discs stay in place.

Mixing backdrops for a full scene

You can layer these products for a fuller backdrop. Use a fitted arch cover as the base, then add a foil fringe curtain on each side. A sequin strand pack can run across the top or along the front of a table. For a table skirt look, foil fringe panels work well along the front edge of a table.

Match your colors to the room. White and champagne keep the look light. Gold, silver and rose gold add shine. Laser and pastel tones bring a brighter, modern feel. Order the panels you need by width, and check the height against your frame or wall before you hang anything.
